We will normally dispatch your order to you in 1-10 business days. Larger Items may take up to 20 days. In the event we cannot complete your order within the time scales stated, we will endeavour to contact you by email and advise you on expected the completion and delivery date of your order. You must inform us within two working days of receipt if goods are damaged in transit or as soon as possible if the goods are lost, so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence. Please always inspect your order upon reception. Any visible damage to the package must be reported immediately in writing when signing the receipt.

Latex allergy, or hypersensitivity, occurs when the body's immune system reacts to proteins found in Natural Rubber Latex. Some individuals have specific antibodies, called IgE antibodies, that make them hypersensitive to the proteins in Natural Rubber Latex. IgE-mediated reactions to latex proteins are responsible for most, and for the most severe allergic reactions to latex.

Returns Policy We comply fully with the EU Distance Selling Regulations.
For Goods covered by the EU Distance selling directive you are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a refund, excluding the cost of delivery. If you wish to cancel an order under these terms do this by contacting us by email or telephone for returns authorisation and quoting the order number supplied to you.
Any goods returned must be unused, in original sealed packaging and should be in saleable condition.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods.
We strongly recommend using an insured, trackable postal service for this.
Items should be returned with all original packaging in the same condition as it arrived.
After this time returns will be considered but will be at our discretion (unless faulty) and postage may not be refunded. Please email us if you have any questions.
