Dirty Items will not be repaired you will have the choice of paying for return postage or a £25 cleaning charge ! Please Note If returning goods from Abroad for Repair The Parcel Must be Marked Return for Repair Temporary Import Only Into- Latex will not be liable for Import Duties/ Vat on goods returned to us. We also suggest you mark item at a low value. If you have purchased a latex garment from us, then you may require having it repaired by us in the future. If your garment requires repair, we will not abandon you provided the item has not been chlorinated or subjected to grease based lubricants. We will gladly repair free of charge simple small repairs (like small tears up to 5cm and small holes up 3 cm) if physically possible and provided that the garment is less than 12 months old. You will only have to cover the postage fees. Note In some cases small rips are difficult to repair due to the location . In these instances the repair will be chargeable. Attached Gloves and socks are not covered but can be replaced if required please ask for cost. . Please make sure that if you send in garments for repair, the latex is thoroughly cleaned! In the case that the received latex requires cleaning, i.e. it was sent in unwashed, we will bill you for the single cleaning procedure £ 25.
Prior to sending it back, please contact us per email enclosing photos of any damage. Once we agree to repair then send the package back to us with an accompanying letter detailing what requires repair and including your full name and postal address, phone number and email address. Please ensure items are sent by a recorded/ tracked service as we will not be liable for lost items.
Please Note All repaired items are subject to postage costs and we are unable to guarantee any repairs.

Any item being returned for repair must be clean and free from silicone products, this is due to health and hygiene reasons.

When sending anything back to us you must insure the package for its value. If a package is lost during the return process, Into-LateX assumes no liability.
